Oh God! I don't ask for comfort, name, fame or wealth

It is not my desire to escape from hardships.

I don't want an easy path.

However much the grief may be,

This is only my prayer-may I be fearless.

May I be able to walk without fear on the edge of the sword

Singing the songs of your praise.

Wash away my attachments and aversions.

Make me free from anger

May not a trace of ego be left in me.

May I never forget you.

May my body, mind and life be submerged with your body.

Oh God may I see your smile in every atom;

Second by second.

On land, water and sky.

In grief and in pleasure,

May I be with you.
