Training for Panchayat Raj Educators

Ist Phase of Training Course

Introduction
A 6 day training programme was organized at by SBMA at hotel Surabhi to operationalise the TOT programme for elected women representatives.

Objectives
To equip the trainees with the knowledge, awareness and skills needed in conducting training for Panchayat representatives and educating community about Local self-governance.

Participants:
Representation was from all the 7 constituted Women Block Forums. Trainees were selected in accordance with the consensus filed by the respective Block Forums. Informed choice was given due significance within the Forums.
